Singer-Songwriter, Acoustic, and Contemporary

Long Island singer/songwriter Kirsten Maxwell will celebrate her new self titled EP, Kirsten Maxwell, with a solo CD release concert. Local singer/songwriter Tom Cardullo, aka Tom from Nyack, will be the special guest.

Kirsten Maxwell began her career at age 5, when she performed at a small opera house in NYC. She's been a Kerrville New Folk Finalist, ‘Most Wanted’ Artist at the 2017 Falcon Ridge Folk Festival and has opened for Melissa Etheridge and Nicole Atkins. In 2015, she independently released her debut, Crimson and is often compared to Joan Baez, Judy Collins and Joni Mitchell.

Guest Tom Cardullo serves on the Borderline Folk Music Club Board of Directors and is a singer/songwriter in his own right. He has performed at the Turning Point, Acoustic Live showcases at the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival and RiverArts Music Tour. His songs are sometimes dark or funny, but you can depend on them being delivered honestly and with a sparkle in his eye. $15 (845) 359-1089
