Latin rhythms, 90's R&B, Funk & Hip-Hopwith
BSKiMotown/R&BBrian "BSKi" Collazo is one of the hottest singers on the NYC music scene. Brian is most well known as frontman for Live Society, a band that recorded three albums together and were fixtures on the indie NYC circuit regularly performing at notable stages like The Bitter End and Rockwood Music Hall, among others.
BSKi's latest EP "Keep It Light" was produced by Greg Mayo (Bernhoft, Brooklyn Sugar Co.). At times blending Latin rhythms with 90's R&B, Funk & Hip-Hop, he adds a tongue-in-cheek lyrical approach for a uniquely personal record. "Both musically and lyrically, these songs sound and feel more like me than anything I've ever done," Brian says.
Brian's band includes Greg Mayo (guitar), Anthony Candullo (bass), John Roggie (keys), Eric Brown (drums/vox) and Anthony Almonte (percussion/vox).
