Bobby Molina (The Music Pro with the Nuvo Flo) is the bandleader of “TimbaWáh” a Jazz, Latin Jazz and Tropical Music Orchestra. He is a composer, singer, and percussionist who has performed to audiences from California to New York. He has worked on projects in Hollywood with prestigious studios such as: Universal, Saban, Warner Bros., Paramount, HBO, and Burbank. Bobby has enjoyed working on film and video projects with actors such as: Heather Locklear (Melrose Place), Kurt Russell (Escape from L.A.), Richard Dreyfuss (Lansky), Marky Mark (Japan Dist.) Keith Sweat (Twisted), and David Cassidy (Stand and be Proud) to name a few. Bobby has performed and recorded with some of the very best Latin Jazz and Tropical Orchestra’s in Southern California such as: Henry Fiol, Johnny Polanco, Bongo Logic, Bobby Matos, Gil Tower, The HMA Orchestra, and Son Candela. He has worked and recorded with Elwin Rutledge of Motown for the People of Isreal project. He has created and performed music education programs at colleges, universities, museums, public libraries, art galleries, middle schools, and high schools to allow both students and people of interest to have a better understanding of his genre of music. Bobby is the son of legendary vocalist Tony Molina one of the last living Mambo Kings of the New York Palladium. Whether it’s at the Roseland Ballroom or the Hollywood Bowl, the people can’t get enough of his driving style of New York, California blend of latin music. Wherever Bobby performs, the audiences move their feet and sing along with the great sound of the TimbaWáh Orchestra. Bobby is a true artist and will continue to bring the best of Jazz, Latin Jazz and Tropical Music(Salsa) to audiences around the world.
